IMPORTANT! - We have made a special arrangement with a substantially reduced rate at Hilton Historic Bayfront Hotel in St. Augustine for our conference. Unlike past conferences, to get the group rate there is a requirement of a three-night minimum stay. Reduced Rates for the 3 nights are as follows. No more than 4 guests are allowed per room.

1-2 Guests - One King Size Bed or Two Queen Size Beds - 3 nights @ $159/night = $477 (Additional nights at $159/night)

3 Guests - Two Queen Size Beds - 3 nights @ $169/night = $507 (Additional nights at $169/night)

4 Guests - Two Queen Size Beds - 3 nights @ $179/night = $537 (Additional nights at $179/night)

To get this reduced hotel rate, all reservations MUST be for at least THREE NIGHTS. Additional nights are also at these reduced rates for May 13th, 14th, 15th 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th and 20^th ONLY.

The rate for less than three nights stay is $199/night. You must also book this through AGG to receive this rate.

These are the total costs of the rooms. No additional taxes will be added, as long as you book through the AGG.
