The Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and these shipping cost are not included in any kit pricing. Kits will ship on a large pallet and must be shipped via truck freight due to size and weight. It is recommended that your order be shipped to a business with a loading dock and/or fork lift to minimize the shipping cost. If special delivery services such residential delivery or lift gate are needed, additional charges will be incurred. Orders can also be picked up at our facility with advanced scheduling.
If you are picking your order up at Adventure Wagon headquarters, please note that we can only hold the order for up to 5 business days beyond the completion date of the kit. After 5 days, a storage fee of up to $50 per business day may be assessed.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect order contents for completeness and damage, and report any irregularities, omissions, or damage within 10 business days of receipt. Any visible damage that occurred in transit must be noted on the shipper’s paperwork prior to accepting and signing for delivery. Taking photos of damage at this time is also strongly encouraged. Adventure Wagon will work with you to resolve any issues and/or ship replacements as quickly as possible.
