PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:
[ ] Copies of Identification for each person over 18 years of age
[ ] Marriage license (if applicable)
[ ] Military ID (if applicable)
[ ] 3 Original reference letters on letterhead (Bank, employer, prevoius landlord)
[ ] If homeowner copy of warranty deed
[ ] Purchase or Lease Contract
[ ] Pet License, Pictures, immunizations and letter from veterinarian pet fully grown
will not exceed 40lbs (if applicable)
[ ] Vehicle Registration for each vehicle in the household
[ ] Payment Method (Check or Credit Card)
You will be asked to upload them as you fill out the form and will not be able to proceed with the request. Application requests that are incomplete 5 days after submission will be cancelled without refund. There is a $50 re-activation fee.
When you do submit it, please make sure documents clear and legible. This will certainly help ensure there are no processing delays.
