By contributing to the BIAV Boat Lovers’ Silent Auction 2020, you are automatically agreeing to the following -

Public Liability

BIAV shall not, under any circumstance, take responsibility or liability whatsoever for damages to products by loss, damage, theft, fire, water, storms, strikes, riots, or any other cause whatsoever and it shall be a pre-condition of this Agreement that the Contributor arrange their own insurance of the product to cover loss or damage by any of the above-mentioned means. The contributor shall have a Public Liability Policy with a reputable insurer that holds an Australian Financial Services License. This should be for an amount not less than $10,000,000 (ten million dollars). The insurance must be in effect from 09 Nov 2020 through to collection of the product by the winning bidder.

Acknowledgment

The above Company/Business/Organisation ("contributor") hereby agrees to provide to BIAV a product for The Boat Lovers’ Silent Auction 2020 ("Auction").  The applicant acknowledges that they have read, understood and agree to abide by the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of providing a product for the auction.

The application hereby agrees to wholly indemnify the Organisers against all liabilities and claims in respect of any breach or alleged breach of any such requirements or regulations during The Boat Lovers’ Silent Auction 2020.
