To attend a school in your district of choice, an Intrerdistrict Attendance Transfer request must be approved by your dedicated school district and the Department of Child Welfare and Attendance at MUSD.
 
How to Obtain an IDA from your school district
1. Identify your dedicated school district based on your home address
2. Contact your dedicated school district for an Intrerdistrict Attendance Transfer (IDA) request form and ask about their process.
3. Follow and complete their process.
4. Submit your approved IDA along with this application
The MUSD Online Academy is designed for students and families who are more comfortable learning at home. Students will be working directly with MUSD teachers to meet grade level standards in partnership with parents. The curriculum is project based in grades K-8 and will require time and attention from adults in the home for students to be successful.
 
Our program is held to attendance protocols by the State of California.  (Live interaction with teachers, time spent working on the platform and work completed daily).
 
Online Academy will be located at the
New Vision Campus, 4726 McCuen Ave. Stockton, in Weston Ranch.
 
This application does not guarantee enrollment. You will be contacted by our office to complete an enrollment packet once your child is accepted into MUSD Online Academy.
 
Acceptance and enrollment are based on available space.
 
(Students with IEP will take additional time for a response.  Please provide a copy of the IEP with your application.)

Do you have an approved IDA along for IDA Form 3 from MUSD Student Services? *
You must obtain an approved IDA from your district of residence to proceed with this application. Your application will not be processed until an approved IDA is submitted.
