- Due to COVID, we require lodge rental groups to also reserve all three private cabins as well. Total rental fee for the buildings is $750/night.

- Retreat deposits are non-refundable. The initial deposit is $300.00 and must be received within two weeks of the reservation request to secure your reservation.

- Your final payment is due prior to departure.

Meals:

- $10/person/meal (includes beverages)

- $5/person/day for snacks (hot drinks always available in the lodge at no additional charge)

- You are welcome to bring your own food, snacks, & beverages if you'd like. There is a mini-fridge, microwave, and water heater in the Fellowship Hall. We are not able to give access to our commercial kitchen to rental groups.

- Final balance is calculated one week prior to arrival.

Deposit

A deposit must be recieved by Camp Amnicon within two weeks of your registration to secure your dates. At the end of this form you will have the option to pay your deposit online via Paypal or to mail a check.

I understand that this group is responsible for its own supervision and will be held responsible for any damages resulting from the abuse of Amnicon property and equipment. I also agree that Amnicon’s rules and policies will be followed while this group is at Camp Amnicon. By signing below I agree that this group will hold Camp Amnicon not liable for any losses, damages, and injuries to members of this group and/or its property. I have read and understood the guidelines for retreat and rental groups at Camp Amnicon (available online here) and our group agrees to take part in an orientation upon arrival at Camp Amnicon.
