If you choose to have your photo taken on campus, you are required to go to the Student Services Reception and request to have your photo taken.

Please note that the last date to have your photo taken is 31 July 2020. Your student ID card is very important as you will not be able to attend any examination without it. Therefore, please have your photo taken at the Student Services Reception by 31 July 2020

If you choose to upload a passport size photograph of yourself, please follow the below technical specifications with respect to your photo:

1. Use a plain white or off-white background.

2. Please make sure that your face is clearly visible. Do not use any social media filters as this should be a professional photograph.

3. Have someone else take your photo. No selfies are permitted.

4. Face centred and looking at the camera straight on; not tilted in any direction

5. Please make sure that your entire face with the shoulders are visible in the photograph.

I am aware that if I enrol in less than 8 units during one academic year, I will be at risk of having my CoE cancelled for not maintaining a full-time study load which puts me at risk of not completing my studies within my CoE timeframe.

By ticking this declaration, I agree that the Australian Institute of Higher Education (AIH), its officers, employees and representatives have the right to cancel my CoE due to non-compliance as per the International Student Deferment, Suspension and Cancellation of Study Policy and Procedure (available at https://aih.nsw.edu.au/about-us/policies-procedures-2/ ), which may result in the cancellation of my student visa.
