Acceptance of VIP Membership

I /We hereby accept the offer of VIP Membership and acknowledge that for the pricing to be valid and relative discounts applied, that my air conditioning system will be maintained on a regular basis as outlined below:

Residential Systems: Annually

Commercial Systems: 6 monthly intervals for major servicing (filter cleaning frequency to be confirmed upon site inspection).

The VIP offer is valid for a period of two (2) years from date of acceptance.
