Welcome to the online registration for the FUTSAL FEAST Pre Season THANKSGIVING TOURNAMENT. Please complete the form below for your team registration.

Registration Fee:  $295.00 / team
>> 3 game guarantee
>> Boys & Girls U8 (2013) - U19 (2002)
>> Championship games in ALL brackets
>> Awards for 1st and 2nd place teams in each bracket
>> NO GATE FEES
>> ALL conflicts accepted
>> Tournament will run Thanksgiving week Monday, 11/23 - Sunday, 11/29 (no games on Thanksgiving Day)

Wednesday, 11/25/20 (6:00PM, 7:00PM, 8:00PM, 9:00PM)
THURSDAY - NO GAMES (Thanksgiving)
Friday, 11/27/20 (10:00AM - 10:00PM)
Saturday, 11/28/20 (7:00AM - 10:00PM)
Sunday, 11/29/19 (7:00AM - 9:00PM)

Note: If we do not exceed the maximum # of number of teams, then we will not play as early/late on certain days. All game times are subject to change, pending enrollment to the tournament.

TOURNAMENT AGREEMENT INFORMATION

Please review and agree to the following terms of the tournament to complete your team registration. 
I understand & agree that if my team decides to drop from the tournament after the deadline, my team will not be refunded. *
I understand & agree that the deadline date to submit ALL conflicts to the tournament will be on 11/13/2020 via the TOURNEY CONFLICT FORM that will be emailed to all team contacts and will be available on the website, and any conflicts submitted after this date may not be considered. *
I understand & agree that if my team needs to RESCHEDULE a game, there will be a $100.00 per game RESCHEDULE fee associated with any game, after the CONFLICT deadline has passed. *
I understand & agree that I must submit an online roster for my team at a later date and this must be completed prior to our first tournament game. *
I understand & agree that my team/players must complete the online LIABILITY & WAIVER AGREEMENT that will be e-mailed via link to the contacts of this team and that no one can participate until this is completed. *
I understand & agree that my team may be placed into a mixed age group for this tournament, based on skill level and number of teams that register for certain age groups. If the tournament feels your team cannot compete at a certain group, we will notify you with options. Final brackets will be published prior to scheduling. *
I understand & will explain to my team that COVID protocols will be published and updated as needed based on the COVID restrictions in place in St Charles and St Louis County and that teams will be required to follow all protocols. *
I understand & will explain to my team that there will be no gate fees for this tournament *
