GAMES WILL BE PLAYED DURING THE FOLLOWING TIMES:
WEDNESDAYS (5:30PM, 6:30PM, 7:30PM, 8:30PM)
THURSDAYS (5:30PM, 6:30PM, 7:30PM, 8:30PM)
FRIDAYS (5:30PM, 6:30PM, 7:30PM, 8:30PM, 9:30PM, 10:30PM)
SATURDAYS (7AM, 8AM, 9AM, 10AM, 11AM, 12PM, 1PM, 2PM, 3PM, 4PM, 5PM, 6PM, 7PM, 8PM, 9PM, 10PM)
SUNDAYS (7AM, 8AM, 9AM, 10AM, 11AM, 12PM, 1PM, 2PM, 3PM, 4PM, 5PM, 6PM, 7PM, 8PM, 9PM)

Note: We will NOT play games on the following dates:
12/23-26  (Christmas Eve Eve, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Christmas Bonus)
12/31 (New Year's Eve)
1/1 (New Year's Day)
2/13 (Super Bowl Sunday - NO GAMES AFTER 3PM)

LEAGUE PAYMENT INFORMATION

We require a $200.00 per team non-refundable deposit at time of registration.
>> You have the option to pay EITHER your balance in FULL at time of registraiton or just pay the deposit.

LEAGUE AGREEMENT INFORMATION

In order to complete your registration, please review/accept the following terms of the league below and sign to complete the registration process. 
I understand & agree that my team will not be accepted into the league until at least the $200.00 non-refundable deposit has been processed by Karidis Group International (parent company of Olympia Athletic and Juventus Academy STL). *
I understand & agree that if my team(s) decides to drop from the league after the advertised deadline date of 12/1/2021, my team will still be charged the full price of the league. *
I understand & agree that the deadline date to submit ALL conflicts to the league will be on 12/5/2021 and any conflicts submitted after this date to the league may not be considered. If SLYSA futsal schedules have not been released by this date, futsal conflicts will be allowed to be added when the futsal schedules are released. IF SLYSA Spring 2022 season posts games starting prior to the end of the Winter Indoor League, the indoor games will be rescheduled at no cost if there is a conflict. *
I understand & agree that if my team needs to RESCHEDULE a game, there will be a $100.00 per game RESCHEDULE fee associated with any game... unless it is a SLYSA conflict. *
I understand & agree that I must submit an online roster for my team at a later date and this must be completed prior to our first league game. *
I understand & agree that my team/players must complete the online LIABILITY & WAIVER AGREEMENT that will be e-mailed via link to the contacts of this team and that no one can participate until this is completed. *
I understand & agree that my league fees are DUE IN FULL by no later than our first game. *
I understand & will explain to my team that cleats are NOT ALLOWED. Turf shoes or flats only. *

I understand & will explain to my team that COVID protocols will be published and updated as needed based on the COVID restrictions in place in St Charles and St Louis County and that teams will be required to follow all protocols. *
