Licensure Support Services
MaMHCA provides many resources for getting licensed, with Application Support being the last step. Before completing this form please answer the following questions:
1 - Have you reviewed the 262 CMR Section 2 LMHC Regulations? If not - download and read them before continuing.
2 - Have you attended one of MaMHCA's LMHC License Application Support Clinics? If not, register for one of the monthly sessions before continuing to request 1:1 support.
