The Pinckneyville Chamber of Commerce will be hosting the

2017 Mardi Gras Queen Pageant on October 14, 2017.

Please note the following dates that all Queen Candidates should attend:

September 2, 2017 at 11am (application deadline):

Queen Meet and Greet & Photoshoot at Designs by Precision Laser (105 So. Walnut-Pinckneyville)

September 30, 2017 (shifts from 8am-2pm):

Queen Collection on the Square-sign in at the Chamber Office (4 So. Walnut-Pinckneyville)

October 13, 2017 at 6pm:

Queen Pageant Practice-Pinckneyville Community High School (600 East Water-Pinckneyville)

October 14, 2017:

Interviews during the day, Pageant at 7pm-Pinckneyville Community High School (600 East Water)

The Queen will be reigning over the festivites on October 27th in the evening and October 28th during the day and evening.

The contestant chosen as the 2017 Mardi Gras Queen will be expected to champion and organize a community service project benefiting a non-profit organization in Pinckneyville.

Entries close on September 2, 2017 at 11:00am or upon receiving 18 completed and paid applications, whichever comes first. We apologize, but no late entries are accepted.

I understand that the Mardi Gras Queen Pageant is a Scholarship Pageant and that I must be enrolled as a part-time or full-time student in a College or University, and provide proof of enrollment to the Pinckneyville Chamber of Commece in order to receive any scholarship money.

I have read and understand all of the rules and regulations listed. This includes eligibility to enter the contest as well as the expectations once the pageant has concluded.
