Individual Cancellation Policy: Please refer to your agreement as to the cancellation policy
Team Cancellation policy: 30 days prior to arrival date (by 12:00 NOON.)
All cancellation must be submitted in writing using the link provided with confirmation number
During the summer months all hotels require a Saturday stay - if early departure/check out on Saturday -guest will be charged for their entire stay including Saturday night
Should this event be cancelled for reasons beyond the Event Coordinators control (including weather) by 4 p.m. 48 hours preceding check-in, all hotel reservations will be released at no charge. Should this event be cut short due to reasons beyond the Event Coordinators control (including weather) the remainder of the individual’s reservation will be non-refundable (i.e., the individual will be responsible for the minimum stay* required by the hotel, including taxes)
*Three night minimum requirement is to include July 11, 12 and 13, 2019. Four night requirement is to include July 10, 11, 12, and 13, 2019. Two night requirement is to include July 12, and 13, 2019 (check with your team coordinator what the night requirment is)
