***Individual Cancellation Policy for all other hotels: 1 p.m., 72 hours prior to arrival date -- if a reservation is cancelled after the 72 hours prior to arrival cutoff date, this may result in a penalty equal to one night room rate + tax, for each room cancelled. All cancellation should be done in writing using the links provide with your confirmation number.
***Showcase Management strongly discourages the use of debit cards as a method of securing your room reservations. Debit cards are directly linked to your bank account and thus hotels may withdraw funds for estimated room tax and incidentals for your entire stay. These funds cannot be immediately returned to you at check-out if you change your method of payment, nor can they be returned if the amount charged is greater than the amount due. If you choose to use your debit card, any refund you are due will be credited back to your debit card and will most likely not be in your bank account until 7-10 days later.
