(3) take place between January 1st, 2024 and December 1st, 2024.

(4) be for a save by a player of US Youth Soccer in the 6U–19U age groups

Your completed nomination should include only the following:

1) Online Link to the video clip (Dropbox, Google Drive or iCloud). Please ensure that US Youth Soccer has permission to view the file. If the file is not able to be viewed by US Youth Soccer, your submission will be voided.

3) Permission statement (when necessary)
