Focused on a collaborative commitment to supporting and increasing the number of women in leadership roles across the soccer landscape, Women and Girls in Soccer (WAGS), US Youth Soccer (USYS), US Club Soccer and the U.S. Soccer Federation's SheChampions Coaching Initiative are excited to announce they are hosting the first-ever all-female entry-level course for the Club Technical Leadership Pathway. Called the Club Technical Leadership Level 1 (formerly called the DOC license), the entry-level course is designed to help club technical leaders understand their role connected to their club’s mission, values, and principles and to begin the journey of developing their competencies as club technical leaders

The blended course will begin January 22nd and culminate the week of April 28th with summative assessments. The in-person portion will be held at the US Olympic Performance Center on the campus of UNC Charlotte in North Carolina from Thursday, January 30th to Sunday, February 2nd.

This program is designed to support course expenses and therefore interested applicants must complete the application below. Submitted applications will be reviewed by a committee and those selected will be invited to register for the course in the US Soccer learning center.
