There is inherent risk in attending any event or participating in any activity. Due to the circumstances created by the coronavirus pandemic, there is a heightened degree of personal risk and responsibility in attending a live conference. MCSA and the Ritz Bacara will be taking all legal, prudent, and advisable measures to reduce the risk of virus/illness transmission between people while onsite. Despite our best efforts, we will be unable to reduce the level of risk to zero.
By attending the 2023 MCSA Summer Conference, you (and your guest, if any) agree to abide by and engage in certain health-and-safety-beneficial conduct while attending the event. This includes, but is not limited to, wearing a mask in public areas if you choose and not attending the event if you are ill or have been recently exposed to COVID-19.
You acknowledge that our Corporate Partner contacts and their conference attendees are entitled, per their partnership contract, to receive a conference registration list one week before and following each conference. The list will inclue ONLY the following information: name, title, agency/company, and state. No further information will be provided.
If payment is required for your registration, it is accepted by credit card only. If your agency or company requires preauthorization or paperwork to facilitate your access to a credit card and more information is needed from MCSA, please contact dstark@mcsheriffs.com. Refund of payment for any reason will incur a $25 processing fee.
You acknowledge these risks, and others, and agree to take full personal responsibility for them. You will not hold anyone else accountable should you contract an illness or should anything else happen to you due to your participation in this event.
