Payment Terms Monthly installments for Canine Adventure Den Daycare membership shall be the amount selected above each month and will be automatically debited from the member’s registered credit card stated below. The payment is debited monthly on the same day of each month as the first payment. The monthly charges will continue automatically each month for 6 months, or until the termination of the membership. Memberships DO NOT auto-renew after 6 months.
Membership Freeze This membership may be temporarily frozen for up to 60 days, one time only, throughout the 6 month contract. The contract freeze will stop automatic payments scheduled during the period of the freeze from being charged and will also suspend all membership benefits during the same period. Automatic payments will continue immediately following the period of the contract freeze, as will full membership benefits. All requests for membership freeze must be submitted to Canine Adventure Den Daycare at least 10 days in advance of the requested freeze start date. Members that choose to take advantage of the membership freeze should be aware that use of this feature will extend the contract the number of days/weeks/months equal to the length of the contract freeze. This also means that you will still be contractually obligated to pay for all 6 installments in full.
Termination To cancel this membership, a $200 termination fee is required. All requests for membership cancellation must be submitted to Canine Adventure Den Daycare at least 15 days in advance of the requested cancellation date. Once we have received and completed your request for cancellation, the next scheduled monthly charge and all those that were to follow will be cancelled. Membership will be valid until, but not on, the date of the first cancelled payment; after that date, all member benefits will also be cancelled.
Your monthly shuttle service can be cancelled with notice of at least 4 working days. There will be no fee to cancel this service. However, no refund will be given if more than 50% of your monthly shuttle package has been used; if less than 50% of your monthly shuttle package has been used, refunds will be equal to the remainder of the monthly shuttle fee, less the cost of shuttle trips used at the regular shuttle rate (e.g. If you have used pick up and drop off service for only 5 days, your refund would be as follows: $50.00 - (10 x $2.50) = $25.00).
