Costume Rental Inquiry Form

After you complete the Rental Intake Form, you will be contacted by a member of our team to confirm if we can accomodate your rental request. From there, we will ask you to provide a cast/ sizing list so that our Costume Rental Liaison can begin to pull your costumes. We will then contact you to schedule a pick-up day. All costumes/backdrops/ sets/ props must be picked up by the renter at our storage facility in Warren (typically 2-3 weeks before your show).

Note regarding sets/ prop: If you are interested in renting sets/ props, we may ask you to visit our storage facility in advance of your rental pick-up date to view the available sets/ prop items.
