Please complete this online entry form prior to delivering your finished artwork if possible. 
You will receive an email confirmation from Formsite with the information you provided. 
A printable submission form will be included in your confirmation email. Please print this form out for inclusion with your artwork upon delivery to the Artspace. 

Printed forms will be available at the gallery if you are hand-delivering and are unable to submit the form online or cannot print out the form provided in your confirmation email to accompany your artwork.

ThinkSmall12 ARTIST AGREEMENT

I understand that Artspace receives a minimum of 50% commission on works sold from this show but I may choose to donate a larger commission amount to Artspace. *
I have read the ThinkSmall12 Prospectus including "Important Dates" and "Submission Guidelines" and certify that I understand and agree to meet all the deadlines listed and submission guidelines included in the ThinkSmall12 Prospectus. I understand my work may not be included in the exhibition if I do not meet the deadlines listed or follow the guidelines included in the prospectus. *
I agree to participate in the ThinkSmall12 International Invitational Miniature Exhibition, including granting Artspace the rights to use images of my submitted work for sales and publicity in connection with the exhibition. *

I understand that artwork provided for ThinkSmall12 must be delivered to Artspace between Saturday, October 21 and Sunday, October 29, 2023, to 2833A-Hathaway Rd, Richmond, VA 23225.
Gallery hours for in-person drop offs are 12-4pm Tuesday-Friday and 10am-6pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Artspace is closed on Monday, October 23. 

Artwork received by commercial delivery must include a prepaid return shipping label enclosed with it to be used in the event that the artwork does not sell. 
Please avoid commercial delivery scheduling on Monday, October 23.

I understand that artwork provided for ThinkSmall12 must remain available to Artspace until the close of the show. If unsold, artist must pick up work from the gallery or make arrangements for return delivery of work at artist's expense by Friday, December 22, 2023, at 4:00pm, or work becomes the property of Artspace. *
I will be hand-delivering my artwork in person or by my appointed representative - OR - I will be sending my artwork by delivery service. *
