Club Payment Policies

I hereby authorize the Sarnia Golf & Curling Club to bill my account for my dues and/or charges as follows:

Monthly (includes a 10% premium)

Payment may be made by personal cheque, Visa, Mastercard, online banking or debit card.
Returned cheques or electronic payments are subject to a $35 service charge per returned item.
Monthly dues payment option includes a 10% premium.

Outstanding balance over 30 days shall attract an administration fee of 2.5% per month (34.7% per annum), plus HST. Balances over 60 days will be billed automatically to my credit card (plus 5% administration fee, plus HST). I understand that a credit check will be performed to determine my eligibility for credit, that I must provide a credit card for such situations, and agree that it is my responsibility to notify the office of any changes to my credit card information on file. I also understand that this credit card on file does not pay my balance owing each month, and that I must take the appropriate steps to do so.

I agree, if elected to membership, to be bound by the code of conduct, dress code and the rules and regulations as per attached membership detail sheet now in force and from time to time enacted by the Directors, and to pay all fees, assessments, accounts, and service fees on accounts at the time prescribed. I accept responsibility for any charges incurred by family members (spouse/partner, junior golfers or juvenile golfers) or sponsored members (student golfers) who join now or in the future. A member wishing to resign shall deliver to the office notice in writing of such resignation and will be effective on the last day of the month the resignation is received. The membership of a member, who does not resign in writing, prior to the beginning of the membership year shall automatically be renewed for the ensuing year. The membership year is November 1 to October 31 except for curling members which is August 1 to July 31. I, by signing this application, accept as notice in writing that I consent to any information that you may require from any credit reporting agency in connection with my membership. I also acknowledge and accept all inherent risks of accessing the facility, property, and/or its recreational activities.
