Sarnia Golf & Curling Club - Golf Membership Initiation Fee

The undersigned hereby applies for membership as a golfing member and if granted membership agrees that the provisions hereof become effective and enforceable:

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the applicable initiation fee plus HST is required at the time of being placed on the golf waitlist.
An initiation fee of $8,500 (single)/$10,200 (couple) plus HST (minus the previously paid deposit) becomes due and payable upon golf membership acceptance. A member may choose to pay the fee at the rate of $1,870 (single)/$2,240 (couple) plus HST and defer further payment of the same amount payable on the yearly dues billing date hereof. First year relief will be granted if this method of payment is selected.
In the event of a medical leave, the yearly dues billing date shall remain in place until such time as undersigned has paid initiation fees in full. Non-medical leaves are not available to members with initiation fees still owing.
In the event of any default or breach which is not remedied to the satisfaction of the Club’s board of directors or resignation, all sums then not paid or which become due in the future become immediately due and payable.
The undersigned acknowledges the membership, if granted, is subject to the provisions hereof.
