Texas Driver's License Violation Guidelines with Regard to Applicants:
 
No more than two moving violations and/or accidents recorded against the applicant'ts driver's license by any licensing agency within the preceding 24 month period.
 
No more than four moving violations and/or accidents recorded against the applicant's driver's license by any licensing agency within the preceding 36 month period.
 
No DWI or DUID conviction during the preceding 36 month period.
