PLEASE NOTE: OUR SCHOLARSHIPS ARE ONLY FOR FULL DAY CAMP SUMMER PARTICIPANTS

To be considered for a scholarship, please fill in the information below as completely and accurately as possible.

Permission is granted to disclose that my daughter is a Girls For A Change scholarship recipient. I hereby affirm that all the above information is true, accurate, and complete. I agree to provide proof of income, such as my most recent income tax form with the scholarship application.

Please email us with a short letter of recommendation from a teacher, coach, or counselor to let us know that you are giving 100% effort to your school. The person recommending the applicant should send the letter directly to Girls For A Change.

Each participant must have their own separate scholarship application. This includes siblings.

To Parents/Guardians:

Girls For A Change is now accepting scholarship applications for the Camp Diva Leadership Academy. Approval for funds will be based on total household income (must not exceed levels listed in the chart below; based on family size). Applications will be accepted until April 30th. Scholarship funds are dispersed based on need, not first come/first serve.  

Scholarship Announcements will be made on May 15th.

Application Procedure:

• Complete the entire application for each camper applying for funding. Be sure to answer all questions.
• Enclose proof of income
• A copy of your most recent Tax Return (submitted 1040 showing gross yearly income and number in household)
• PLUS a copy of your most recent pay stub
• Income guidelines are listed below.
• The scholarship recipient will have 10 days to accept the scholarship funds
• If selected, each scholarship recipient must sign the contract, provide all the required documents, and pay the registration fee and finalize any additional costs not associated with the full/partial scholarship amount owed by June 15th 
• The remaining balance must be paid from partial scholarships must be paid in full by August 1st  
• If we do not receive payment, your spot will be forfeited at that time and sent to collections.
