NBFD Station Tour and Community Event Request Form

Please use the following form for station tour requests or when requesting NBFD presence at community events and/or for public education and outreach.
 
All tours and events require Fire management approval; not all requests can be accommodated due to operational priorities, schedules, and availability of Fire personnel.
 
Requests are limited to Newport Beach residents, notwithstanding special exemptions approved by the Fire Chief or Designee
 
Lastly, our Fire Stations are fully operational and response ready 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. There may be times when our Fire crews are dispatched just prior to, or during your tour, resulting in your reservation being canceled or cut short. Please be mindful of this fact when scheduling your event.
*We are prohibited from attending private events, including, but not limited to, birthday parties, block parties, weddings, etc. Any private gala, event, marathon, etc. requires a formal request for NBFD staffing through the City's Special Event permitting process found here, and will be charged in accordance with the City's current fee schedule and special event rates.
 
*Please note that we do not offer CPR classes as part of special event/educational outreach requests. Please refer to the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross for information on how to obtain formalized training for your event/company.

*For Scout troops and similar, your troop must be a local, Newport Beach troop. For troops in other areas, it is recommended that you coordinate with your local Fire Department for a tour.
