The City requires a minimum of 3 participants for a class to run. If the City’s or your organization’s minimum is not met, we ask that you submit a Cancellation form a minimum of 3 business days prior to the start of class. Before submitting the form, be sure to reach out to any existing enrollees to verify if they would prefer a refund or a transfer. This is also a great opportunity to connect with interested participants to make them aware of your minimum and encourage them to recruit friends and family if they would like to see the class run.
Partial refunds: In the event of a single day cancellation due to inclement weather or an instructor absence, please contact your Coordinator directly to issue a partial refund to participants. Be prepared to provide the class code and the date of the cancellation. Note: City staff should be notified in advance of any cancellation.
