SHORT TERM LODGING 24/7 EMERGENCY CONTACT UPDATE

Newport Beach Municipal Code §5.95.045 (12) requires owners to provide the name and phone number of a contact person that may be reached on a 24/7 hour basis. The local contact person must be located within 25 miles of the unit and shall respond to any call related to the unit within 30 minutes. The owner or agent must provide a new local contact person and phone number within five business days, if there is a change in the local contact person.
