1. Parking: We understand that a parking lot will be available at the venue to accommodate our truck and trailer.

2. Cancellation Policy: If the representative of the condominium, association, event place, or the client cancels or for any other situation, and the event cannot be carried out, keep in mind that any advance payment is made for the reservation and/or the final payment. Instead, you will be issued a credit with our company, which you will be able to use within one year from the date of cancellation.

3. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: By signing this document, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions. You assume full responsibility for the event and confirm your understanding of the policies stated. Please sign and return this document to Ponies and Petting Zoo to proceed with the booking.

Once we receive your signed document, we will provide you with a payment form to complete the event booking.
