Our goal is to service each client, by assuring that we have considered all possibilities to approve every possible loan and only moving forward with hard credit inquiries when we have performed due dilligence. This also provides us with tracking to assure that proper statuses and future follow up is performed on each lead, including triggering Credit Boomerang.

After submission, a Loan Analyst will be assigned to review your loan and provide you with feedback. The Loan Review Team is available between 10am and 8pm (EST) Mon-Thurs and 10am - 5pm ETS on Fridays
