The National Student Council name and images are registered trademarks of NASSP. NatStuCo members are granted limited uses of the name and logo as members, and are responsible for proper use of and protecting the trademarked items. The NASSP policy concerning the use of trademarked materials is as follows:
Members are permitted to use trademark items with approval from NASSP/NatStuCo on paper or electronically published promotional materials and displays that are not sold.
Members seeking permission for use of the logo for reproduction on special items or production using outside vendors must complete the following request form.
The national office, after reviewing the request will respond to the NatStuCo adviser with written approval or denial of the request for use of the logo and/or name.
Electronic versions of the logo: The national office will provide electronic files of the official logo for single use. Any and all uses of the official logo should always include the ® symbol as evidence of ownership for the mark.
Commercial vendors are not permitted to use the NatStuCo name or trademarks on any goods offered for production or sale or otherwise unless they have been officially licensed or approved in writing by NASSP.
National Student Council is a program of the National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP). All names, abbreviations, and logos associated with NatStuCo are the property of and the usage controlled by NASSP, and protected under federal trademark policy.
