Suites (Available to TFI Members Only)
To secure a suite for TFI's 2024 World Fertilizer Conference, each company must submit a form for the suite it is requesting. To ensure all participants have a successful conference TFI has established policies and procedures for requesting and managing the meeting rooms. Suites are assigned by TFI according to a priority system policy that can be found here.

You can find suite floorplans and other details here. Suites have maximum table seating for 6 people. If you require more seating, please request a meeting room. Most suites will not be able to accommodate seating requests for more than 6 people.

Suite Reservations:

1. Requests for suites must be directed to The Fertilizer Institute. The hotel cannot accept requests.
2. All requested suites must be made using this online form. TFI will not honor suite requests if they are emailed to the conference team.
3. We cannot guarantee your first requested suite. 
4. Suites will only be assigned to registered and paid conference attendees of TFI member companies.
5. We will not be able to accommodate seating requests for more than 6 people in suites. If you require more seating, please request a meeting room.

Registration

1. Individuals reserving and working in the suite and/or attending affiliated meetings must be registered for the conference.

Suite Fees

1. Members can secure suites at the hotel's per-night suite rate (plus taxes).
2. There is an additional flat rate booking fee from TFI of $300 USD.
3. All food, beverage, audiovisual equipment, upgraded wi-fi, and any other fees are the responsibility of the suite holder.  
4. The hotel will require a credit card number or deposit at time of confirming the suite.

Suite Access and Scheduling

1. Suite holders can check into their suite starting at 1:00 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is no later than 3:00 pm on the last day of occupancy.
2. Suite holders requesting early check-in must reserve the suite for the night before.

Logistics

1. Suite holders who request their locations be made public will have details posted on the Conference Mobile App and printed signage. No signs will be posted on individual suite doors. Please provide the name of the company to be posted on the suite request form.

Cancellations

1. Suites cancellation fees are dependent upon hotel cancellation policy: Suites cancellations must occur prior to August 29, 2024, for a full refund (less the booking fee). Please contact TFI to make any cancellations.
