9:25-10:15 Session 1: Choose from a range of topics presented by journalism professionals. 

10:15-10:30 Break

10:30-11:20 Session 2: Like Session 1

11:20-12:25 Lunch Pre-ordered SUBWAY lunch or own lunch from home

12:35-1:25 Keynote and WJEA Emerald Awards

2-2:45 Optional campus tours of EvCC or WSU Everett 

 

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS ON CAMPUS: In-person attendees are asked not to attend if showing any symptoms of COVID 19. Precautionary face coverings are recommended and attendees are asked to maintain a 3-ft distance from one another. These precautions are subject to change if campus guidelines are revised.

WJEA is your state professional organization for advisers of student media; The Journalism Education Association is the national professional organization. Both WJEA and JEA provide numerous events, activities, resources and opportunities for media advisers and their students.
