Ohio ServSafe Level 2 Manager Review & Exam/Retest 2018

 
If you choose to take the ServSafe┬« Manager Certification course on-line or if you need to re-take the exam,  you must take the exam under the supervision of a proctor.  We offer an hour and a half review of course material, followed by a two hour proctored exam period. Please bring photo identification (ID) and proof of online course completion document.
 
This course is a detailed study of food safety procedures and prevention of foodborne illnesses. Developed by The National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation, this HACCP-based course gives participants national, state and local recognition as certified in food safety.

If you are unable to attend a class that you have registered for, you may transfer your registration to a later class session. Please provide at least 24 hours notice to transfer.
