DELIVERY POLICY: The high resolution digitally edited images from your session will be delivered via an online gallery. ALL of the digital files delivered in this gallery will be free to download. You may print these images at any photo lab OR you can purchase prints and other premium products directly from the gallery to ship straight to your doorstep. *

REFUND POLICY: Due to the nature of this purchase, there are no refunds. If you wait until the last minute to book your appointment or if availability is limited, this does not merit a refund. *

EXPIRATION POLICY: ALL sessions are valid for any time in 2024 unless otherwise stated. If you do not use your purchase before 12/31/2024, it will be relinquished and no credit is given. Please use your session before it expires. *

EDITING POLICY: All sessions are color corrected and edited to Andrew's style as is represented in his portfolio. Light blemish correction is also done to remove things like scratches, small bruises, etc. If more extensive editing is required, contact Andrew as soon as possible. Additional fee may apply. I do not grant permission for you to edit the images in any way and this includes social media filters. Doing so misrepresents my work and will prevent you from booking with me in the future. PLEASE NOTE: Turn around time is usually 2-3 weeks. Book your session accordingly. *

CHILD COOPERATION: (if applicable) It is understood that the session is reliant on your child's behavior and cooperation. Andrew works great with all sorts of situations however, if your kiddo isn't having it, this may interfere with the quality of the images produced. If your child is not feeling well or is otherwise acting uncharacteristically on the morning of, please contact Andrew to reschedule. *

RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION: Andrew Leyland reserves the right to reschedule any session due to illness, personal emergency, or inclement weather. If you need to reschedule your photoshoot for these reasons, you may do so as well. PLEASE RESCHEDULE IF YOU ARE SICK. No call/no shows will relinquish all credit and it will no longer be valid. This means that if you do not call to reschedule and do not show up to your appointment, you forfeit your credit. No exceptions. *
