This survey seeks to ascertain lawyer’s experience with specific aspects of remote or hybrid proceedings and initiate a forum in which lawyers can share experiences and concerns. Future surveys will diver deeper intro practice areas and concerns as we all seek to achieve justice through remote platforms.
For this survey the following definitions apply:
Fully remote—all participants appeared through a remote platform or telephone
Hybrid—some participants may have participated in-person, while some appeared via remote platform or telephone
