Welcome to Holy Cross Preschool. Please use this form to apply for your child's admission to our program. All enrollments need to be complete prior to January 3th. We need complete and accurate information about the student, so make sure you fill out all fields. All current children enrolled are guaranteed class placement. New siblings enrolling will receive priority and will receive confirmation of enrollment by January 5th.
