Our Content Creators at RMG will work directly under our Senior Content Coordinator creating social media posts, flyer designs, brochure designs, business card designs, print designs, and other marketing materials requested by our clients and or team members. This position focuses heavily on daily computer work in office. This position will require some weekend event attendance for some of our events we market throughout the year. This position will require attendance at all social media meetings that may or may not include Senior Content Coordinator, Community Outreach Specialist, Founders, General Sales Manager, Sales Associates, Business Development Manager, Marketing Director, and Clients. This position will focus heavily working within Canva. We will onboard this position in a 2 week period where the employee will be trained in content creation, software, google drive filing, photography, videography, and file management. This is considered an integral part of our team and plays a key role in completing objectives. This position will also aid in community outreach activities when needed. This position will have weekly, monthly, and yearly goal and or objectives to complete at a minimum of 90% productivity. This position will have advancement opportunities in position and in salary. This is an entry level position and does not require any previous experience but it is preferred. RMG focuses on a team supporting environment and requires strong communication with colleagues and supervisors.
