IFA Memorial Day Invitational Room Block Request

All hotel reservations for events held at our complex, Mass Youth Soccer Fields at Progin Park in Lancaster, MA, must be made through our office. Once a block is confirmed, you will receive a link to a form for each player to book an individual room within your block. Block requests will be confirmed within 3 days of your request, or 90 days before the event, whichever is later.

Please note that in addition to an individual cancellation policy, our hotels have a Team cancellation policy. Team Cancellation Policy: A Team Cancellation within 30 days of check-in will be subject to a 100% cancellation penalty. A Team Cancellation is defined as 50% or more of the team's rooms being cancelled.

If the event is cancelled for COVID-19 or any other reason, all rooms will automatically be cancelled.

This is a Stay to Play tournament. All rooms for players playing at the Mass Youth fields must be booked through Mass Youth. *
