Equal Heart seeks to support organizations by providing AmeriCorps members to expand and enhance programs.

Partner sites recruit, train, and supervise the AmeriCorps members. Equal Heart processes payroll and manages all backend administrative functions. This model allows partner sites to focus on providing relief to the community.
