2024-25 Facility Information

Resident must be a student enrolled at Southern Methodist University at move-in.

Double occupancy room: $5,250 per semester or $10,500 for the academic year

Single occupancy room: $6,562.50 per semester or $13,125 for the academic year

Room rental term is one academic year. Semester room fees are due in full August 1 and December 1.

Deposit: $1,000 per resident

Each room contains: Twin bed, desk and chair, bookshelf, chest, closet and wall mirror.

The residential level has a communal bathroom with showers.

There is a mini kitchen on the main floor with refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, air fryer, blender, popcorn popper and storage space.

Weekly housekeeping service for common areas and bathrooms provided.

On-site management. Not utility fees. Wireless Wi-Fi.
