IMPORTANT Process Change for NMF 2023!
---

In the past NMF has booked and coordinated nearly all of our 300+ performances.
As the fest has grown, more and more downtown venues have expressed interest in joining the fun.
To simplify booking, and hopefully make things run more smoothly, we are making a minor change.

Beginning 2023:

1) NMF will book all outdoor stages and the Sooner Theatre, with few exceptions.
(Approximately 75 bands)

2) Most indoor venues will be booked directly by that venue.
(Approximately 300 more bands)

To make this work, we need your choice and your permission:
Which NMF booking category would you like to apply for? *
A couple final comments:

Contacting Bands:
With multiple entities booking bands, we can no longer contact every band if not selected.
But all venues will be required to complete booking by April 1st.
If you have not been contacted by April 1st, your act will remain on a list for cancellation offers but has unfortunately not been booked.

Paying Bands:
NMF will pay all booked bands and participating venues are also required to pay all bands.
If you are offered an NMF slot by anyone without payment associated, it is not an official festival offer.

Whew!... now, on to the form. :)
Consider submitting your music video (created since January 1, 2022) to the deadCenter Film Festival for a chance to be a contender (announced at NMF) and to be screened at deadCenter in 2023!
Regular deadline is 1/2/23 and final deadline on 2/15/23.
