The 14th Cavalry Association 2024 Reunion Registration and Payment Form

Your reunion fee covers drinks at the Welcome Stable Call and Watering Hole events, Downs Barracks Lunch, OP Alpha Tour and Lunch, Regimental Banquet, Welcome Packet, name badges, and Reunion Event Transportation (to include transportation for the optional tours to Bad Hersfeld and Bad Kissigen).

Members will be responsible for Hotel Rooms and associated fees, any parking fees (if you have a rental car), Food and Drinks at Kreutzberg Monastery, and any Food and Drinks during optional tours and your 'free time' (although breakfast is provided with the hotel).

Please select your Hotel Room Choice at the Maritim Fulda below. Association Secretary will make room reservation as requested, and member will be responsible for payment. Please specify whether you need a single room (one person) or double; and select your category of room from Classic, Comfort or Superior. In general, classic rooms are standard 20 sqm size rooms; comfort rooms are standard 20 sqm size with a balcony; and superior rooms are 23 sqm in size with a balcony, robes/slippers, and a 'capsule' style coffee/tea machine. *
