The International Fraternity is currently preparing the legislative agenda for the 2024 International Convention in Oklahoma City, OK. As we approach August 8-11, 2024, all chapters, alumni associations, and international officers are invited to submit proposed legislation.

Pi Kappa Alpha’s biennial Convention is the Fraternity’s supreme governing body. The powers of the International Convention, as outlined in Article IV, Section 6 of the Constitution and Codes, include the authority to pass any and all laws, regulations and rules that will govern the Fraternity.

Proposed legislation should be submitted to the Memorial Headquarters no later than June 1, 2024. Legislation submitted by June 1, 2024 will be put in proper form and submitted to the Rules Committee of the Convention for appropriate action.
