Robert N. Cox Legacy Leadership Scholarship
Robert N. Cox (Southeast Missouri, Epsilon Iota '64) was one of the most distinguished and dedicated alumni the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity has been blessed to have served the organization. Nationally, he graciously gave of his time as Heartland Regional President for over 20 years and also served on the Foundation’s audit committee until his passing. In addition, Robert presided over a number of local house corporation, alumni association and alumni advisory boards for many chapters in the Heartland Region, including his own, Epsilon Iota.
Brother Cox was a personal mentor to many chapters and their young leadership. He counseled numerous alumni advisors, association and house corporation officers. Robert Cox, or “Jolly Bob” as he was known to many, actively promoted lifetime involvement in Pi Kappa Alpha and recruited countless alumni volunteers and financial contributions for the Organization. He was recognized with the Fraternity’s Chapter Advisor of the Year Award in 1984, Loyalty Award in 2002, and was inducted into the Order of West Range in 2010.

Criteria
1. Applicants must be full-time students in good standing with the university/college and the Iota Mu chapter or a chapter located in the Heartland Region.
2. Applicants must register for and attend the Marvin and Nancy Dennis Chapter Executives Conference Treasurer’s track.
3. Applicants must have a minimum of a 2.80 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale. A transcript is required-official or unofficial.
4. Applicants must submit all components of this application to the appropriate parties by the deadline.
