August First Friday - Food Vendor Registration

We invite, what we consider, non-competitive small business vendors to participate in August First Firday by securing your spot! On August 2nd 2019 the streets of Santa Fe Drive will closed between 6th and 10th Avenues. The Santa Fe Business Improvement District will hold the street closure permit for that night. If your company would like to secure a spot on Santa Fe Drive please fill out the below form and make payment below.

Please list all the items for sale along with their price, including sales tax (vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting their own sales tax). Applications will be considered based on vendor’s history with the event and the overall variety of items available at the event. Acceptance into the event is at the sole discretion of event management.

ALL Food and Novelty Food Vendors must complete the appropriate licensing through the Department of Environmental Health, Denver Fire Department, and obtain sales tax licenses for both the city and state. We will assist vendors as needed in this process. NEW! Department of Environmental Health has fully implemented the new regulations which now requires warm water at hand-washing stations. RENTAL ITEMS
Booth rental fees are for the physical BOOTH SPACE ONLY. We do not take orders for tents, tables, chairs or electricity and encourage our exhibitors to bring their own equipment. 
FOOD VENDOR (10'x15') for tent or concession / (10'x25') for food truck
INSURANCE
 
ALL vendors are required to carry liability insurance for $1,000,000 per occurrence with a certificate of additional insured naming Santa Fe Business Improvement District. Please inform your liability insurance carrier to issue a certificate with these requirements:

    1. Certificate Holder is: Santa Fe Business Improvement District, 725 Santa Fe Drive, Denver, CO 80204

    2. Listed as Additional Insured: Festival Staff, Contractors & Volunteers, The City and County of Denver  

    3. Coverage effective for the dates August 2, 2019

If you currently do not have a liability insurance policy, or would prefer to purchase this required coverage separately, you can purchase a certificate through a group policy for $42. CLICK HERE to be directed to purchase coverage. Food truck vendors have through July 31 2019 to submit their own certificate of additional insured. After July 31st, you will be required to purchase the coverage through this group policy at your own cost of $42.

PLEASE READ VENDOR AGREEMENT THAT WILL BE EMAILED UPON TRANSACTION COMPLETION FOR MORE INFO ON LICENSING, FIRE, HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS.
