Depending on the mid-April outcome of motions pending related to DV2021 in the Jacob v Biden lawsuit, attorneys Curtis Morrison and Rafael Urena, with The Law Firm of Rafael Urena, may file new litigation in May 2021on behalf of individual DV2021 selectees who are not participants in similar litigation. We have not yet determined the attorney fees for this case, only that the initial fee to participate will be no more than $500 US per DV2021 selectee family.
