Regular registration closes on Monday, June 3, 2024.
Late registrations will be accepted until Friday, June 7th and will incur a non-negotiable $350 late fee with no exceptions. ** No Registrations will be allowed after June 7th.**

MCSA Member Agency Head/or Second-in-Command Representative – No Fee

  • Registration is complimentary with agency's paid annual dues for the Sheriff or  the agency's Second-in-Command (attending on behalf of the agency in Sheriff's absence)
  • Attendees invited to all conference meetings as well as meals and receptions

Spouse / Significant Other / Family Member of MCSA member - $400

  • This category is to be used only by a family member or significant other of MCSA Sheriff or staff (not for friends, co-workers, or other guests)
  • Separate payment for or attendance at individual meals/events is not allowed
  • Registrant is authorized to attend meals and events only
  • "SPOUSE EVENT" This conference will include a complimentary MCSA-organized event for family members registered in this category (RSVP is required during registration to attend)

MCSA Member Agency Leadership/Staff Attendee - $550

  • Undersheriff/Chief Deputy (attending in addition to Member Sheriff)
  • Command Staff & other agency employees
  • Security Detail
  • Registrant may attend the conference meetings as well as meals and receptions

Non-MCSA Law Enforcement Agencies and Organizations - $700

  • Attendance is limited to federal and state law enforcement partners, state sheriffs’ association executives, law enforcement association executives
  • Registrant may attend the conference meetings as well as meals and reception

MCSA Lifetime Member - $400

  • Former/Retired MCSA Member Sheriff
  • This category requires prior membership approval by MCSA Executive Board
  • Registrant may attend the conference meetings, meals, and events
  • Registrant is invited to bring a spouse/significant other (must pay companion/guest fee)
 
 

MCSA Corporate Partners – No Fee

  • Number of attendees determined by partnership level 
    • Sheriff – 6 attendees
    • Chief Deputy – 5 attendees
    • Major – 4 attendees
    • Captain – 3 attendees
    • Lieutenant – 2 attendees
    • Sergeant – 1 attendee
    • Deputy – 1 attendee
  • Additional attendees are not allowed and can not be purchased for an additional cost - partnership level must be increased to add attendees.
  • Once conference begins on June 10th at 1:00pm all meetings, receptions, and meals are open to partners (this excludes any closed law enforcement-only sessions.)
*** IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT CORPORATE PARTNER SPOUSES ***
  • Partners may register a significant other only if that guest is using an official complimentary Corporate Partner spot (counts toward company total). Spouses may not pay a per-event/meal fee to attend.
  • Spouses who are not registered using an official corporate partner spot are prohibited from attending ANY portion of any meal, reception, or event  associated with this conference. If a registered attendee attempts to bring an unregistered spouse, both will be denied access/removed from the event and will place the company's partnership in jeopardy of revocation.  

Lifetime Member - $400

  • Please select the Law Enforcement Agency category instead and choose the Lifetime Member registration there.

Award Winner - Complimentary

  • This category is to be used only by the individual(s) who will be receiving an award at this conference.
  • Individual award winners are invited to bring a complimentary guest. If bringing a guest, they must be included in the appropriate space on the awardee's registration
  • Registrant and guest may attend the awards ceremony, meals, and receptions/events 

MCSA Staff / Invited Guest / Speaker – Complimentary

  • MCSA Staff, event speakers, pre-approved invited guests
  • Registrant may attend the conference meetings, meals, and events
  • Complimentary Invited Guest must obtain approval from MCSA Executive Director prior to registering. Email mnoland@mcsheriffs.com to inquire.
  • Registering as an invited guest or speaker without pre-approval, may result in forfeiting attendance to the conference.

Special Considerations - Optional

Following the conference, please email a certificate of attendance for my training file.
PLEASE NOTE: The certificate we provide is strictly a reflection of your registration to attend the meetings/panels presented during the conference, and the content that was presented therein. MCSA does not offer official training credits that are certified by a training agency or POST board nor do we monitor attendance at each of our sessions.

Guest Special Considerations - Optional

Risk, Liability, and Disclosure

There is an inherent risk in attending any event or participating in any activity. Due to any circumstances created by attending an in-person conference, there is a heightened degree of personal risk and responsibility. MCSA and the Eau Palm Beach will take all legal, prudent, and advisable measures to reduce the risk of any unforeseen circumstances while onsite. 

You acknowledge that our Corporate Partner contacts and their conference attendees are entitled, per their partnership contract, to receive a conference registration list one week before each conference. The list will include ONLY the following information: name, title, agency/company, and state. No further information will be provided.
 
.CORPORATE PARTNERS:  You are responsible for adhering to the code of conduct found on page 1 of the Partnership Package which was agreed upon as part of your company's partnership contract - it will be strictly enforced. This includes scheduling or inviting any conference attendee to a private function on-site or off-site during any scheduled event/meeting/meal on the MCSA conference agenda. 

If payment is required for your registration, it is accepted by credit card only. If your agency or company requires preauthorization or paperwork to facilitate your access to a credit card or alternate arrangements are needed, please contact dstark@mcsheriffs.com. Refund of payment for any reason will incur a minimum $25 processing fee.
