If no, ensure the driver has registered for the training and enter the date that they are registered to attend the driver training. This must take place in the next 30 days. Key access will be provided until their course registration date but will be removed after that date unless training is complete. * +

When you hit submit, this request will get sent to Isaac Brandl and a Rec Experience staffer will set the individual up so they can access keys in the Traka 21 system. The default pin will be the last 4 digits of the person's mobile number and they will be asked to reset their pin the first time they use the system.

Once they are set up in Traka, they will receive an email confirmation at the email you provided.
